Role Summary

We are seeking Buyer Staff for our Osaka – Shinsaibashi store. Responsibilities include item appraisal, inventory management, social media operations, and customer service. No prior experience is required; training and OJT support are provided. Ideal for those passionate about fashion and interested in international business.

Main Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Appraisal: Evaluate items, verify authenticity, negotiate pricing
• Sales & Customer Service: Provide tailored recommendations and service
• SNS Management: Operate Instagram, TikTok; analyze trends and algorithms
• Store Management: Display arrangement, layout optimization, inventory management

Brands Handled

Chrome Hearts, Supreme, Nike, Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga, Goro’s, Gucci, and more

Working Hours

• 11:00–21:00 (8 hours/day)

Requirements

• Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1)
• English: Business level (TOEIC 735–860)
• Chinese: Optional/preferred
• Must hold a valid work visa in Japan

Salary & Benefits

• Annual Income: ¥3,000,000–¥4,000,000
• Monthly Salary: From ¥246,100 (Base ¥192,400)
  • Includes 30-hour fixed overtime (¥43,700) + shift allowance ¥10,000
  • No reduction if OT <30 hrs; extra hours paid separately
• Performance Bonuses: Twice a year (June, Dec)
• Annual Raise: May
• Commuting Allowance: Up to ¥35,000/month
