Role Summary
The Corporate Sales Executive will focus on DSEI Japan, driving revenue through consultative sales, building relationships with exhibitors, developing new business, and supporting customer entry into the defense market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets via telesales and client meetings
- Provide administrative support for Confex sales
- Build and manage a CRM-based sales pipeline (e.g., Salesforce)
- Foster relationships with exhibitors and sponsors, collaborate with exhibition team
- Research market trends and acquire new clients
- Conduct independent lead acquisition
- Ensure accurate and timely sales administration
- Manage exhibition floor plans precisely
- Identify new exhibitors at competing shows and maintain client relations
Working Hours
- 9:30–18:00 / Flextime (Core: 10:00–16:00)
- Remote work up to twice a week (office attendance may be required)
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Business-level English
- Proven sales experience
- Understanding of exhibition business and sales contracts
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and calm under pressure
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proactive and creative problem-solving
Languages:
- English: Daily conversation (TOEIC 475–730)
- Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1)
