Role Summary
The Solutions Sales Manager drives new customer sales opportunities, delivers high-level presentations, collaborates with partners, maintains sales pipelines, and supports client implementation, ensuring long-term relationships and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new customer sales opportunities
- Deliver high-level presentations and demos of Navagis solutions
- Collaborate with partners to generate leads in key markets
- Maintain updated forecasts, sales pipeline, and revenue
- Perform ongoing lead generation to sustain a healthy pipeline
- Share technical and management insights for client relationship building
- Support implementation communication with project managers
- Coordinate with technical teams to present solutions
- Monitor project implementations and build successful track records
- Understand client goals and challenges and help meet them
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Act as primary liaison for high-value deals and escalations
- Implement go-to-market strategies and sales processes for fast growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years enterprise-level technology or software sales experience
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas and KPIs
- Experience with long sales cycles (6+ months) and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business-level English (TOEIC 735–860)
- Native Japanese proficiency
- Based in or near Tokyo
