Aracom Co., Ltd. specializes in housing, real estate, and facility management. We are hiring for a newly built foreign-affiliated data center in Inzai City. The role is ideal for individuals interested in tech, safety, and facility security. English communication may be required as clients include foreign nationals.

Role Summary

The Head of Security Staff will lead security operations, supervise facility monitoring, manage access control, and ensure a safe environment for all data center operations. Even without prior experience, qualified applicants can earn ¥5M–¥7M annually.

Key Responsibilities

• English customer support and communication
• Entry/exit reception and IC card issuance
• Patrolling and facility inspection
• CCTV monitoring and disaster prevention operations
• Sentry monitoring and checkpoint duties
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Age 18+ (Security Business Law)
• Daily conversational English
• Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1)
• High school graduate or higher
• Ability to follow Japanese/English manuals
• Interest in tech and safety
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow rules

Working Hours

• Day Shift: 08:00–20:00 (10 hours work / 2 hours break)
• Night Shift: 20:00–08:00 (10 hours work / 2 hours break)
• 4–5 working days per week

Compensation

• Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 – ¥7,000,000
• Monthly Salary: ¥460,000 – ¥590,000 (20 days work/month)
