Role Summary

As a Corporate Sales & M&A Associate, you will receive new employee training and, through OJT, learn corporate sales fundamentals. You will support full-cycle M&A advisory services, including marketing, negotiation, adjustments, and due diligence, while collaborating with the Corporate Information Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct corporate sales outreach (direct mail, appointment acquisition)
• Engage in full-cycle M&A advisory: seller/buyer marketing, negotiation, adjustments, due diligence
• Collaborate with the Corporate Information Department
• Market cross-border M&A to potential buyers (mainly large domestic firms)
• Match domestic sellers based on buyer needs
• Execute M&A strategies, including indirect approaches via partners
• Support career growth toward managerial or independent associate roles

Requirements

• Business-level English (TOEIC 735–860) or ability to improve quickly
• Native-level Japanese
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Preferred: finance/accounting qualifications or relevant skills
• Ideal: globally minded, logical communicator, persistent, challenge-ready, eager to help Japanese firms expand globally

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥5,000,000
