Job Description

You will provide multilingual customer support for essential public service contracts such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. You will handle inquiries from customers preparing to move, respond to calls from partner real estate agencies, and manage data entry and documentation. Japanese is used daily, and approximately 80% of customers are Japanese.


Requirements

Required:

  • Basic computer skills (typing)
  • Native-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Ability to speak at least one of the following languages:
    English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Hindi, Nepali, Burmese, Tagalog, Indonesian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Cantonese, Thai

Working Hours

  • Shift-based schedule between 10:00–20:00
  • 8-hour shifts, 60-minute break
  • Examples: 10:00–19:00 / 11:00–20:00
  • Shifts assigned biweekly; preferred rest days considered
  • Overtime: approx. 10 hours/month

Compensation

  • Monthly Salary: From ¥250,000 (includes fixed overtime of 45 hours: ¥61,400)
  • Bonus: 3 times/year (performance-based)
  • Salary Review: Once/year
  • Expected First-Year Annual Income: ¥3M–¥4.5M
  • Example: ¥5M (2nd year, sales), ¥6M (3rd year, manager)
