Job Description

As a Customer Success & Sales Trainee, you will support sales strategy, customer engagement, project planning, and digital communication. This role welcomes new graduates and provides full training, coaching, and rotation opportunities within the organization.

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese
  • English (email-level)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Interest in project planning, consulting, or data analysis
  • No prior sales experience required

Working Hours

  • 7 hours/day
  • Super Flex System (5:00–22:00)
  • Hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days remote

Compensation

  • Annual income: ¥4,000,000 – ¥5,500,000
  • Bonus (once per year)
