Job Description
Aomori Spring Resort is looking for General Affairs and Accounting Staff to manage accounting and general administration for its hotel, golf course, and ski resort operations. This role includes financial reporting, administrative support, and operational assistance across multiple resort functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile, issue, and input sales revenues
- Operate and input data using accounting software Kanjyo Bugyo
- Manage funds, budgets, taxes, and other financial tasks
- Prepare documents and reports using Excel
- Inspect goods, manage supplies, and handle mail
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors
- Assist resort and service departments with general tasks
- Perform general company administrative duties
Requirements
- Education: High school or above
- Driver’s license (for commuting)
- Basic PC skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
Preferred
- Nissho Bookkeeping Level 3 or 2
- Experience with Kanjyo Bugyo
- Experience in general affairs or accounting
Language Requirements
- English: Minimum communication level (TOEIC 225–470)
- Japanese: Business conversation level (JLPT N2)
Working Hours
- 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00
Compensation
- Annual income: ¥2,500,000–3,000,000
- Monthly salary: ¥208,333–250,000
- Commuting allowance: Up to ¥50,000/month
- Basic salary: ¥200,000–250,000

About the Company
