Job Description

As a PR Consultant, you will:

  • Provide daily client support and strategic advice on media relations and public relations activities
  • Build and develop relationships with media representatives, client analysts, and fund managers
  • Research, create, and edit communication materials such as news releases, fact sheets, speeches, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Participate in new business development presentations (research, data collection, PPT creation)
  • Manage and coordinate client events
  • Mentor junior staff and ensure quality of client work

Application Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a PR consultant (financial knowledge not required)
  • Japanese: Native-level
  • English: Business-level (TOEIC 735–860)
  • Both languages used in internal and external meetings

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: JPY 5,000,000 – 8,000,000
    • JPY 5–6 million base + bonus (no financial experience)
    • JPY 6–7 million base + bonus (with financial experience)
  • Monthly Estimate: JPY 416,667 – 666,667

Holidays

  • 2 days off per week
  • Special leave, summer/winter vacation, etc.
