Job Description

KG CORPORATION LLC is hiring a Construction Management Engineer to manage and supervise HVAC, plumbing, and electrical works for U.S. military facility projects. You will also oversee other mechanical and electrical work for building or facility-related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC, water supply/drainage, and electrical works
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Coordinate tasks and documentation among teams
• Support project execution for U.S. military base construction projects

Working Hours

• 8:00 – 17:00

Requirements

• Hold one of the following valid national qualifications:
  • First-class plumbing construction management engineer
  • First-class electrical construction management engineer
• Minimum 8 years of construction site experience
• Ability to manage coordination, documentation, and compliance
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2)
• English communication skills preferred (TOEIC 735–860)

Compensation

• Annual Income: ¥8,500,000 – ¥12,000,000
• Social insurance provided

Holidays

• Two days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays)
• U.S. holidays may apply depending on project
• Paid vacation after 6 months of employment

Contract

• Full-time employment
