Onsite Support System Engineer

Position: IT (Hardware/Network) – Network Engineer / IT Help Desk / Customer Support


Job Overview

Provide onsite IT support directly at the client’s office in Japan, including device setup, network troubleshooting, and user support. Fluent Japanese required; basic English sufficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Laptop and desktop installation and setup
  • Smartphone (iPhone/Android) configuration
  • Basic network troubleshooting (cabling, connectivity)
  • Software and hardware support
  • Responding to user inquiries and incidents
  • Communicating with client team in Japanese
  • Creating simple documentation and reports

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Requirements

  • Major in Computer Science or related field
  • Fluent Japanese (Business Level or above, JLPT N2+)
  • English: Minimum communication level (TOEIC 225–470)
  • IT support or help desk experience
  • Able to work onsite at client location
  • 2025 graduates welcome
  • Immediate availability preferred
