Onsite Support System Engineer

Position: IT (Hardware/Network) – Network Engineer / IT Help Desk / Customer Support
Job Overview
Provide onsite IT support directly at the client’s office in Japan, including device setup, network troubleshooting, and user support. Fluent Japanese required; basic English sufficient.
Responsibilities:
- Laptop and desktop installation and setup
- Smartphone (iPhone/Android) configuration
- Basic network troubleshooting (cabling, connectivity)
- Software and hardware support
- Responding to user inquiries and incidents
- Communicating with client team in Japanese
- Creating simple documentation and reports

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Requirements
- Major in Computer Science or related field
- Fluent Japanese (Business Level or above, JLPT N2+)
- English: Minimum communication level (TOEIC 225–470)
- IT support or help desk experience
- Able to work onsite at client location
- 2025 graduates welcome
- Immediate availability preferred
