Job Overview

As an IT Communicator, you will act as a bridge between the Japanese and Vietnamese QA teams, supporting progress management, quality improvement, and testing activities. QA knowledge allows engagement in test design, execution, analysis, and automation to enhance web service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Vietnamese QA team, manage progress, review results, coordinate specifications
• Review specs, create test plans, design and execute exploratory testing
• Support automation and QA improvement initiatives

Working Hours

• 10:00–19:00 (8 hours/day)
• Flexible start 7:00–12:00 once per week
• Average overtime: 10 hours/month

Requirements

• Vietnamese: native or business-level (reading/writing)
• Japanese: business-level (JLPT N2 or above)

Preferred Skills:

• QA/IT certifications (JSTQB, IT Passport)
• Software testing knowledge
• Automation/testing project experience
• Leadership/offshore/BSE/PMO experience

• English: Not required
• Chinese: Not required
• Vietnamese: Native
• Japanese: Business (N2)

Salary & Benefits

• Annual Salary: ¥3,500,000 – ¥5,000,000
• Bonuses: Twice a year (June, December), consistent for 10+ years
• Salary review: Twice a year
