Overview

Work as a consultant to solve customer IT challenges while learning Cybersecurity, DX, and RPA on the job. Minimal overtime and strong support for skill development.

Role Responsibilities

• Understand client IT/DX issues
• Prepare proposals and estimate EDR/SaaS-related costs
• Plan DX and RPA automation roadmaps
• E-commerce entry & cost consulting
• Support security (diagnostics, BCP, monitoring)
• Present solutions to clients
• Provide implementation-to-operation support

Requirements

Must-have:

• Experience in client negotiation/proposal
• IT product/service proposal experience

Preferred:

• DX/business improvement experience
• IT/security/system development background
• Project/team/consulting experience
• Relevant certifications

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native level
• English/Chinese: Not required

Salary

Annual: ¥4,000,000 – ¥6,000,000
Monthly: ¥333,333 – ¥500,000
