Job Description

We are looking for a professional to lead sales planning for the inbound medical platform business. As medical tourism to Japan continues to recover, the goal is to deliver high-quality medical coordination services, from responding to patient inquiries to hospital-side communication.

You will manage the department responsible for overseas sales, marketing, and in-hospital follow-up for medical institutions (including university hospitals) that accept international patients.


Specific Duties

Core Responsibilities

  • Formulate sales policies and planning; report results
  • Propose strategies, obtain approval, and gain trust/support from key partners
  • Build organizational relationships with partner medical institutions
  • New development of medical institutions and doctors

Ancillary Responsibilities

  • Smooth collaboration with China/Southeast Asia sales offices and operations team
  • Handle QA and complaints from medical institutions
  • Human resource management and recruitment (including interviews)

Working Hours

Requirements

Required

  • 3+ years of sales experience in medical institutions (including university hospitals)
  • Ability to build relationships with chairpersons, directors, and chief professors
  • Understanding of medical institution internal processes and proposal experience
  • 3+ years of organizational management experience
  • Proven achievements (e.g., awards)
  • Budget planning and performance management experience
  • PDCA-based sales execution as a playing manager

  • Overseas cross-border healthcare experience
  • Business-level communication with corporate executives
  • Consulting firm experience
  • Data analysis and insight extraction
  • High-value product sales experience
  • Startup or new business launch experience
  • English ability

Compensation

  • Annual Income: 8M–14M JPY
  • Monthly Salary: 666,000–1,167,000 JPY
  • Annual salary system (no overtime for managerial roles)
  • Bonus: Twice annually (January, December)
  • Transportation: Up to 50,000 JPY/month
