Job Description

Join Servcorp Japan KK as an Assistant Manager in a global business environment. Specific Duties

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage entire sales cycle: inquiry, office tours, and service presentations
  • Promote premium services: reception, secretarial support, IT services
  • Support clients as a team to solve business challenges and enhance corporate value
  • Use Business English in meetings, training, and internal communication
  • Learn business management including office P&L responsibilities

Requirements

Required

  • 2+ years work experience (industry/occupation irrelevant)
  • 1+ year sales experience
  • Positive, smiling, hospitality-oriented personality
  • Desire to balance career and personal time
  • Service industry experience welcomed
  • Business English (TOEIC ~800)
  • Multitasking and Microsoft Office proficiency
