Job Description

Work with regional teams across Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Korea, etc.) to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. Manage media buying, KOL projects, and create marketing assets while coordinating internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, and programmatic platforms (DV360, TTD, etc.)
  • Create digital marketing assets: banners, apps, web pages, etc.
  • Manage media buying and KOL campaigns on portals and social media
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and market research
  • Build strong customer relationships and respond to queries
  • Support seasonal events and corporate advertising optimization

Working Hours

  • Start: 8:30–10:00
  • End: 17:30–19:00

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Japanese (Business / Native level)
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, key account management focus
  • Familiar with Google Ads or Meta Ads
  • Strong knowledge of digital and performance marketing
  • Ability to create marketing proposals (PowerPoint)
  • Web analytics knowledge preferred
  • Advertising agency experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Income: ¥5,000,000 – ¥7,500,000
