Job Description

We are seeking a Head Chef for our hotel restaurant. The role involves full responsibility from menu planning, purchasing, service, to staff management. This position offers high autonomy in menu development and is ideal for someone who values freedom in their work.

The current chef will retire this summer (July onwards), and we are looking for a successor. We welcome candidates aiming to become a head chef, who enjoy islands, fishing, diving, outdoor activities, and want to spend time in nature outside work.

Requirements

  • English: Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475–730)
  • Japanese: Business Level (JLPT N2)

Working Hours

  • Dinner service: 17:00–21:00
  • Breakfast service: 6:00–10:00 (1–2 times per month)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: JPY 3,500,000 – JPY 5,000,000
