Job Description

No experience necessary. Join a major beauty clinic as a Bilingual Concierge (Chinese and English).

Responsibilities include:

• Customer support at Shonan Beauty Clinic
• Listening to customer concerns
• Proposing treatments, handling contracts, reception, and inquiries
• Using Japanese and Chinese (or English)
• Full 6-month training provided
• Over 90% of hires had no prior experience

Requirements

• Business-level Japanese and Chinese, or trilingual in Japanese, Chinese, and English
• Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience (excluding part-time/temp)
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, etc.)

Working Hours

• 10:00–19:00 or 9:00–18:00 (8 hours + 1-hour break)
• Average overtime: 5.3 hours/month (paid per minute, 2024 data)
