Job Description

Join as a Leader or Member driving overseas market expansion. Establish and lead an inside sales team targeting overseas branches of major Japanese companies and foreign-affiliated enterprises. You will maximize team performance and achieve KPIs, gaining experience from planning to execution in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone and email
  • Research market needs and provide company-wide feedback
  • Design and quantify inside sales processes using CRM/SFA
  • Manage quality and volume of appointments
  • Nurture leads and plan strategies
  • Manage and train outbound team members

Requirements:

  • Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 865+ or equivalent)
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency
  • Experience in inside sales, business development, or related fields
  • Ability to operate CRM/SFA systems and manage KPIs
  • Interest in global business expansion and B2B SaaS products
  • Leadership experience is a plus
