Job Description
The Real Estate Sales Broker handles property sales and purchases for wealthy clients, focusing on domestic and international high-net-worth individuals. This position is only open to candidates with prior real estate brokerage experience in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Real estate sales and purchases for high-end clients
- Focus on response-based sales (no cold calling)
- Target: close a major deal every two months
- Work primarily in central Tokyo, including exclusive properties
- Engage with international clients using English
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales in Japan
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2)
- Business-level English (TOEIC 735–860) for international clients
- Preferred: real estate license (allowance provided)
Working Hours
- 9:30 – 18:30
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: From JPY 4,500,000
