Job Description
Oversee and coordinate all store activities to ensure smooth operations, achieve sales objectives, and maintain high standards in customer service, team management, and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all store activities
- Manage store budget by monitoring sales, expenses, and revenue
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain CRM database for customer segmentation
- Promote brand awareness and excellence in retail sales
- Manage operational processes and product lifecycle, maintain inventory records, and place replenishment orders
- Participate in seasonal purchasing decisions and understand all product categories
- Implement Visual Merchandising strategies according to company guidelines
- Hire, train, and motivate store staff
- Assign tasks, set performance goals, and evaluate team performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail management
- Business development mindset, organizational skills, leadership, CRM knowledge
- Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1) and conversational English (TOEIC 475–730)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, independent, outgoing, and proactive
