After-sales Administrative Support
Job Description
Provide administrative support for after-sales operations for luxury jewelry and watch brands. Coordinate repair operations, manage data, liaise with vendors and boutiques, and support overseas repair operations.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration related to after-sales (watches and jewelry)
- Repair operations for luxury jewelry and watches
- Inspection of repaired items, estimates, inquiries, and escalation responses
- Liaison with boutiques, wholesalers, and overseas trade partners
- Liaison with vendors and repair contractors (delivery date, status management)
- Manage dispatched staff work (training, negotiation with dispatch companies)
- Data creation and management
- Support repairs in home countries (Switzerland, Paris)
- Other after-sales tasks (WFJ event support, minor in-house repair, invoice and expense processing)
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a luxury brand office
- After-sales or in-store repair experience is a plus
- English: Intermediate or higher (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail, perseverance, consistency
- Ability to multitask flexibly
- Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
Working Hours
- Full-time, standard office hours (details to be discussed)
