Job Description

A foreign-owned data center in Shinkawasaki is hiring Security Staff.
No prior experience required — full training provided.
Ideal for candidates who want stable long-term work and want to use English & Japanese.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facility access control & visitor management
  • Patrols inside/outside the data center
  • CCTV monitoring
  • Reporting incidents in English
  • Following manuals and security procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ (Security Business Act Article 14)
  • Business-level English (Eiken 2, TOEIC/TOEFL equivalent)
  • Valid work authorization in Japan
  • Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2+)
  • High school graduate or higher

Working Hours

  • Day shift: 08:00–20:00 (10 hrs work / 2 hrs break)
  • Night shift: 20:00–08:00 (10 hrs work / 2 hrs break)
  • Approx. 15 working days/month
  • Shift pattern: Mix of day & night shifts
  • Days off: Shift-based
  • 3 days ON / 3 days OFF rotation

Compensation

Estimated Annual Salary: JPY 4,000,000 – 6,000,000

Day Shift

  • SO: 16,000/day
  • RES: 28,000/day
  • CRS: 33,000/day

Night Shift

  • SO: 18,400/day
  • RES: 32,200/day
  • CRS: 37,950/day

Security Qualification Allowance

  • JPY 30/hour for each:

Legal Training

  • 3 days / 20 hours
  • JPY 23,400 + full transportation reimbursement

Interview Travel Reimbursement

  • Flat JPY 1,000 for interview attendees

Contract Period

  • Long-term preferred
  • 6-month renewable contract (April/October), up to 5 years
