Job Description
Join DEGICA, Japan’s first global payment company (KOMOJU), and support merchant onboarding and screening. Flexible work, including hybrid and remote options, available.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle merchant applications and screening
- Respond to service inquiries
- Collaborate with partner companies
- Utilize internal systems to process requests
- Work with foreign team members, leveraging language skills
Requirements
- Basic business-level PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferred: EC site or inventory management experience
- Customer service/support experience
- Experience communicating with customers via phone or email
- English skills
- Detail-oriented, steady worker
Working Hours
- Flextime, 8-hour shift
- Core time: 10:00–15:00 Japan time
- Remote work possible; trial period mainly in-office
Compensation
- Annual Salary: JPY 4,000,000 – 7,000,000
- Salary increase based on annual performance
