Job Description

MUWA NISEKO, located in the world-famous Niseko Ski Resort, is seeking a Revenue Analyst to support revenue management, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily, weekly, monthly, year-end reporting with RM oversight
  • Forecasting for all timeframes with RM oversight
  • Data maintenance, system uploads/downloads, database updates
  • Rate, restrictions, inventory updates across all distribution systems
  • Daily competitive set analysis, rate shopping, and offer evaluation
  • Group and transient sales support, including lead qualification, quote generation, and OTA/FIT support
  • Prepare deep-dive analysis for weekly revenue meetings
  • Assist with ad-hoc research projects, data evaluation, and revenue insights
  • Represent the hotel professionally in community and industry events

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of social insurance and labor affairs
  • Japanese – native level (JLPT N2 or higher)
  • English – business conversation level (TOEIC 735–860)
  • Able to communicate and collaborate actively with other departments
  • Regular driver’s license

Working Hours

  • 9 hours/day including 1-hour lunch
  • Shift: 08:30 – 17:30

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: JPY 3,000,000 – 3,500,000
  • Monthly: JPY 250,000 – 291,667
  • Benefits: Social insurance, rent subsidy, meal allowance, winter allowance, commuting/transport allowance

Holidays

  • Two days off per week, paid vacation, refreshment leave, special vacation

  • 120 min by car from New Chitose Airport
  • 100 min by car from Sapporo
