Job Description
Full-time position in the Customer Service Department as Repair Section Manager, responsible for overall management of repair operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the repair department and team
- Collaborate with other departments
- Review and update repair work processes
- Manage repair-related information
- Create and update manuals
- Handle customer inquiries
- Understand repair estimates
- Perform equipment repair and maintenance
- Manage spare parts inventory
- Oversee replacement part loans
- Coordinate repaired item shipments to Austria head office
- Support related departments
- Conduct internal and external training
- Participate in database integration projects
- Other duties related to repair section management
Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Daily conversation level (TOEIC 475–730)
- Experience in repair department management, equipment repair, and customer service
Working Hours
- Standard working hours (full-time)
Compensation
- Annual Salary: JPY 5,500,000 – 7,500,000
- Monthly Salary: JPY 458,333 – 625,000
