Job Description

Work as a member of the technical support team for a major foreign IT and online advertising company. Troubleshoot advertising platforms, resolve technical issues, understand client business goals, and communicate via email and chat in both Japanese and English.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues related to web advertising
• Troubleshoot advertising platforms
• Provide solutions using chat systems
• Respond to inquiries via email and chat (Japanese & English)
• Communicate with global teams in English

Requirements

Required:

• High school diploma or above

Working Hours

Compensation

• Annual salary: JPY 4,000,000 – 4,500,000
• Monthly salary: JPY 350,000 + overtime pay
