Job Description
Manage a team of customer service associates handling daily operations, order processing, and system support to ensure smooth warehouse processes. Duties include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, generating shipping documents, supporting SAP and WMS system functions, troubleshooting with IT teams, supervising personnel, conducting client meetings and facility tours, coordinating problem-solving, and process improvement efforts. Maintain high service quality, team motivation, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of IT WMS system preferred
- Experience in warehouse operations and people management
- English skill preferred
- Team worker, customer service-oriented, strong follow-up skills
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business conversation level (TOEIC 735–860)
Working Hours
- 9:00–18:00, 10:00–19:00, or 11:00–20:00
Compensation
- Annual salary: JPY 5,500,000 – 6,500,000
