Job Description

IT Sales:
Use Japanese and English to communicate with clients, manufacturers, and suppliers via email and online meetings. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, placing orders, adjusting delivery schedules, and processing invoices. Handle signing and renewing partner contracts with manufacturers and support IT infrastructure setup for global companies opening, relocating, or expanding offices in Japan. Even candidates without IT experience can start from scratch.

PM / Pre-sales:
Support network infrastructure projects in offices. Gather requirements from overseas clients in English, procure equipment domestically, and deliver installations locally.

Team Culture:
Direct communication with overseas manufacturers in English. Ideal for those who want to work in English or improve their skills. Diverse, international, and energetic team environment.

Working Hours

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours work, 1-hour break)
  • Weekends and national holidays off

Requirements

  • No experience required / New grads welcome
  • Experienced candidates preferred
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Business-level English and fluent Japanese (TOEIC 800+; JLPT N1 for non-native speakers)
  • Interest in IT industry
  • Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • PM roles: available for weekend, early morning or late night overseas meetings

Compensation

  • From ¥3,500,000 annually
    • With 2+ years admin experience: ¥3,500,000+
    • No work experience: ¥3,000,000+
    • PM / Pre-sales roles: ¥4,500,000+
  • 6-month probation with no change in salary
