Job Description
Responsible for supporting overseas sales operations, including:
- Negotiating with overseas agents
- Assisting with export/import and product management
- Customer service for domestic and international clients
- Product and sales planning
- Internal operations within the overseas business department

Contract: Regular employment with 6-month probation period

Requirements
- Business-level English (TOEIC 735–860)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (general administrative use)
- Valid driver’s license (Type 1 – regular vehicle)
- Education: Technical college, vocational school, junior college, or above
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- No flextime system
- Overtime required (30 hours/month included in fixed allowance; excess paid separately)
Compensation
- Monthly salary: From ¥241,300 (Basic ¥187,800 + Fixed overtime ¥43,500 + Other allowances ¥10,000+)
- Estimated annual income: ¥3,700,000 and above
- Bonus: 3.5 months (2023 results)
- Commuting allowance: Up to ¥30,000/month
- Other benefits: Retirement allowance system, employee stock ownership plan, company housing, defined contribution pension plan
Holidays
- 120 days/year (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, 2 summer days, 5 New Year holidays)
- Paid leave: 10 days after 6 months of employment (up to 40 days)
- Substitute leave if working on holidays
