Job Description

Manage communication with tenants and contractors for mid-term furnished rentals:

  • Respond to tenant inquiries regarding rooms, buildings, and services
  • Assist with events to encourage tenant interaction
  • Support the growing demand of customer service for over 800 rooms in Tokyo
  • Ideal for candidates with a hospitality mindset and global communication skills

Requirements

Required:

  • Japanese: Business level (JLPT N1 or N2)
  • English: Business level (TOEIC 735–860)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in service industry

Preferred:

  • Experience in real estate (rental apartments, property management, shared housing)
  • Hospitality customer service experience
  • Teamwork-oriented and enjoys challenges
  • Real estate certifications (Licensed Real Estate Transaction Agent, Certified Rental Property Manager)

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours
  • Core time: 10:00–15:00
  • Standard work hours: 7.5 hours/day

Compensation

  • Annual salary: ¥3,500,000 – ¥4,500,000
