Job Description

Sales of imported food products including Australian beef and lamb, American bacon, pickles, cheese, etc.

Sales Activities:

• Sales to domestic meat wholesalers: build trust, handle price fluctuations, learn industry practices
• Direct sales to hotels and restaurants: propose new menu ideas
• Manage both existing and new clients
• Attend trade fairs and promotions to discover new customers

Requirements

Required:

• Around 3 years of B2B sales experience
• Interest in working in an international environment
• Desire to use English skills at work (TOEIC 650+ guideline)
• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

• Sales experience at a trading company

Language Skills:

• English: Daily conversation (TOEIC 475–730)
• Japanese: Native level

Working Hours

• 9:00–18:00 (8 working hours)

Compensation

• Annual salary: JPY 4,000,000 – 6,000,000
• Monthly salary: From JPY 330,000 (based on experience)
• Raise: Yes
• Bonuses: Performance-based
• Transportation: Fully reimbursed (conditions apply outside metropolitan area)

Salary Example:

• Manager (5th year, age 40): ¥5.4M/year (¥450,000/month)
• Employee (2nd year, age 30): ¥3.96M/year (¥330,000/month)
