Job Description
Manage cross-border e-commerce operations for ZenPlus:
- List products on trending overseas e-commerce sites
- Explore collaborations with overseas e-commerce platforms and negotiate terms
- Oversee product registration to operational management
- Analyze overseas market trends and competition to formulate strategic listing plans
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain an appropriate product lineup based on customer needs
Sample Day:
- 9:00–10:00: Morning routine & team check-in
- 10:00–11:00: Market research & strategy
- 11:00–12:00: Weekly sales team meeting
- 12:00–13:00: Lunch
- 13:00–15:00: Global outreach & partner negotiations
- 15:00–17:00: Internal coordination & product review
- 17:00–18:00: KPI tracking & team sync
Requirements

Must-Have Skills:
- Native-level English
- 1+ years in international e-commerce sales
- IT knowledge in platform operations
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)

Working Hours
- Flextime: Core hours 10:00–16:00
- 8 working hours/day
- Fixed OJT schedule for initial months
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: ¥400,000+ (based on experience)
- Annual Bonus: Twice/year (June & December)
- Annual Raise: Yes
- Transportation Allowance: Up to ¥30,000/month
- Relocation Support: ¥100,000 (for relocations 60km+ away)
