Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Specialist to join systemsGo’s financial accounting team. This IT consulting company serves multinational corporations across 9 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, offering an international work environment. Utilize your accounting/finance expertise and English skills to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly and year-end settlement support (IFRS, JGAAP)
  • General ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Sub-ledger accounting (AR: monitor collection and reconciliation; AP: vendor bills and payments)
  • Expense settlement (Concur): audit and maintenance
  • Bank reconciliations and weekly cash flow reporting
  • Year-end closing, corporate and consumption tax filings support
  • Payroll coordination with HR
  • Support Finance Manager and Assistant Accountant
  • Performance and cost management reporting and analysis
  • Operational forecasting with Finance Manager
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

Mandatory:

  • University degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
  • Intermediate English (TOEIC 730+)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

  • Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher
  • Experience in corporate and consumption tax filing
  • ERP/CRM systems experience (NetSuite, SFDC)

Language Requirements:

  • English: Business level (TOEIC 735–860)
  • Japanese: Native level

Working Hours

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: JPY 5,500,000 – 6,500,000
