Job Description

Ahead Group is seeking talented individuals for the position of Talent Acquisition Associate. The role offers a base salary plus bonuses for successful candidate selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of contact for candidates and work closely with in-house hiring managers throughout recruitment and onboarding
• Collect information on roles and job descriptions from managers and update on current hiring status
• Build and maintain a quality candidate database from multiple sources
• Source and screen suitable candidates via email, phone, and interviews
• Prepare and present candidate resumes using Ahead templates
• Develop relationships with candidates and keep them updated on market trends
• Business-level English and Japanese communication

Working Hours

• 9:30 am – 6:30 pm

Compensation

• JPY 3,000,000 – 3,500,000 annually
• Includes: Social insurance, commuting allowance, education/training, paid holidays, five-day workweek

Requirements

• Excellent English (Business, TOEIC 735–860) and Japanese (Daily conversation)
• Professional experience interacting with people
• Desire to work with diverse candidates, especially in IT
