Job Description

Join Globeship Sodexo as a Facility Coordinator (Future Executive Candidate). No prior experience required; English speakers welcome. Learn integrated facility management (IFM) skills and grow toward senior executive roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage conference rooms, PCs, phones, and visitor reception
  • Vendor management: quality, contracts, orders, billing, scheduling
  • Help desk support: email, chat
  • Respond to client inquiries and complaints
  • Conduct facility inspections and equipment checks
  • Prepare reports and documentation

Working Hours

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: ¥3.22M–¥5.04M
  • Monthly: ¥230,000–¥360,000 + overtime + biannual bonuses
