Job Description

As our HR & GA Lead, you will play a central role in shaping company culture, managing HR processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:
◇HR Assistance:

  • Support payroll, social insurance, and interview scheduling
  • Prepare data and create documents
  • Ensure HR policies comply with local laws and company guidelines
  • Independently plan, propose, and manage all stages of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, assignment, evaluation, retirement)

◇General Affairs & Executive Assistance:

  • Manage contract approval processes, including stamping and e-signatures, maintain contract files
  • Provide executive support to CEO/COO
  • Oversee office supplies, refreshments, and event expenses
  • Handle phone calls and greet visitors
  • Maintain office facilities, meeting rooms, and ensure security
  • Manage office equipment for new hires and departing employees
  • Conduct background checks, vendor registration, and invoice processing via cloud tools
  • Assist overseas visitors with hotel reservations and other needs
  • Coordinate mail, courier, and delivery services

Requirements

  • Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and office management
  • Native-level Japanese and advanced-level English or Mandarin
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, startup environment
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices

Language Level:

  • Japanese: Native
  • English: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735–860)

Working Hours: Flexible, hybrid work style
Compensation: ¥4,500,000 – ¥6,500,000 annually
