Job Description

The HR Operations Specialist supports business operations by executing HR customer service tasks and administrative duties of higher complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Execute processes for employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits, and employee data management
  • Provide excellent employee-facing service
  • Develop expertise across HR operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Maintain HR operations knowledge database and report HR operational metrics

Requirements

Business Process Improvement (Working Knowledge)

  • Collect data and illustrate improvement methods
  • Suggest ways to reduce waste and variation
  • Participate in change requirement analysis

Information Capture (Working Knowledge)

  • Document routine information using defined procedures
  • Organize and archive information using tools

Language Requirements

  • English: Fluent (TOEIC 865+)
  • Japanese: Native level

  • 9:00–18:00 OR
  • 8:30–17:30

Compensation

JPY 7,000,000 – JPY 8,500,000
