Job Description

Support Asian financial and innovation companies with:

• Fundraising in Japan
• Licensing in Southeast Asia
• International business expansion

Main Duties:

• Establish overseas corporations
• Open overseas bank accounts
• Conduct market research
• Communicate with financial authorities
• Administrative coordination and documentation
• After obtaining licenses:
  • Marketing and sales
  • Managing external agencies

Language Use:

• Japanese internally
• English with overseas staff

Training Provided:

• On-the-job training
• Company orientation
• Presentation learning sessions

Selection Process:

1. Online interview
2. Face-to-face interview (travel cost reimbursed for remote applicants)

Requirements

Mandatory:

• English: Business level or above
• Japanese: N1 or above
• Experience in business planning or similar roles

Preferred:

• Korean conversation level or higher
• Work experience using English

Working Hours

• 9:30–18:30 (8 hours/day)
• Break: 60 minutes
• Overtime: Yes (Average 10 hours/month)

Compensation

Annual Salary: JPY 3,500,000 – 5,000,000
Monthly Salary: JPY 250,000 – 350,000
(Includes base salary JPY 209,150–292,813 + fixed OT JPY 40,850–57,186 for 25 hours/month)

• Excess overtime paid separately
• Bonuses: Twice a year
• Salary Raise: Twice a year
• Special Bonuses (based on performance & tenure)
• Allowances:
  • Commuting: Up to JPY 30,000
  • Attendance: JPY 1,000/day

Insurance: Health, pension, employment, workers’ comp, welfare pension fund

Holidays

• 2 days off/week (Sat, Sun, Public Holidays)

Contract

• No fixed term
• Probation: 3–6 months (conditions unchanged)
