Job Description

Project Coordinator – Support for IT and Telecom Infrastructure Projects in Data Center Construction and Expansion

EIRE Systems is a leading provider of IT solutions and project management consulting services. We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support IT and telecom infrastructure components for large-scale data center construction, expansion, and Day 2 change projects. Our client is one of the top-5 global tech giants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Organize contracts, draft Statements of Work (SOWs), work orders, schedules, change requests, and other key documents
  • Coordination & Scheduling: Support project timelines, track milestones, ensure deadlines are met
  • Vendor Liaison: Manage communication, security paperwork, and deliveries with vendors
  • Contracts & Procurement: Assist in managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit project status updates to stakeholders
  • Financial Tracking: Process invoices, track expenditures, support budget reporting
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in project administration or coordination, preferably in IT, telecoms, or construction
  • Knowledge of procurement, contracts, and vendor management
  • Proficiency in office tools and project management software
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of data center operations and IT infrastructure
  • Experience in data center construction or related IT projects
  • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Prince2)

09:00 – 18:00

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: JPY 6,000,000 – 9,000,000
