Job Description

Interior Designer (Assistant Designer) – Full-Time

Support project designers in all aspects from concept design to on-site management. This assistant role provides exposure to diverse tasks, building a strong foundation for future growth. Two career paths: Interior Designer (eventually Project Designer) or FFE Designer (furniture/materials). Projects include luxury hotel design for major brands like Hyatt, Marriott, and Hilton in Japan and overseas. Company culture values flat communication and international experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in concept and project design
  • Support on-site project management
  • Create CG (perspectives) if required
  • Collaborate with design and project teams

Requirements

  • New graduates or <3 years of experience
  • May start as an assistant depending on experience
  • Proficiency in VectorWorks, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Illustrator (Windows)
  • CG (perspective) creation skills preferred
  • Work experience in English preferred
  • Native-level Japanese required
  • Strong communication, teamwork, hospitality, and flexibility
  • Willingness to grow and align with company vision

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (8 hours work + 1-hour break)

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: JPY 3,000,000 – 4,500,000
  • Includes overtime allowance
  • Commuting allowance (up to ¥30,000/month)
