Medical Equipment Sales Staff – Member or Manager Candidate. Work involves manufacturing, assembly, sales, and regulatory consulting for medical and semiconductor equipment.
Business Content:
- Processing metal parts for semiconductor and medical devices, assembly of optical/industrial equipment
- Manufacturing and sales of medical devices, ODM/OEM services, ISO/regulatory consulting
- Manufacturing and sales of high-temperature observation equipment, contract testing services
Company Characteristics:
- High-precision machining of hard-to-cut materials under cleanroom-equivalent conditions
- End-to-end system from design to manufacturing and regulatory compliance
- Over 60 active projects
Main Responsibilities – Quality Assurance:
- Ensure manufacturing complies with quality standards
- Investigate defects with on-site teams, revise SOPs, implement preventive actions
- Handle chemical inspections
- Liaise with clients and external agencies
Requirements
- Work experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Native-level Japanese
Working Hours: 8:15–17:15 (Lunch 12:15–13:00, Afternoon break 15:00–15:15)
Compensation:
- Annual Salary: JPY 2,500,000 – 4,500,000
- Monthly Salary: JPY 220,000 – 350,000
- Performance-based raises and bonuses, final salary based on experience and selection
Holidays:
- 118 days per year, weekends and company holidays
- New Year, Golden Week, Summer holidays
Contract Details:
- Full-time, no fixed term
- Probation: 3 months (no change in conditions)
