Job Description

Solution Engineers collaborate with the sales team to serve customers and develop new business. No technical background required for some candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales to provide proposals, technical support, and applications in presales and project phases
  • Assist in conceptual engineering, layout, and project design execution
  • Provide layout and mechanical design, technical drawings, and Bill of Materials (BoM)
  • Design standard or custom mechanical machines for logistics
  • Support production and project operations during assembly or installation
  • Coordinate with factory on product schedules and delivery
  • Troubleshoot and provide urgent maintenance at customer sites

Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant work experience

Preferred:

  • CAD software skills (AutoCAD, Inventor)
  • Accurate, independent, systematic work style
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Teamwork, learning agility, flexibility
  • Knowledge of PLC Control

Language Requirements:

  • English: Daily conversation level (TOEIC 475–730)
  • Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1)
  • Chinese: Not required

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation:

  • Annual: JPY 4,000,000 – 6,000,000
  • Monthly: JPY 333,333 – 500,000 (12-month basis)
