Job Description

Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects including office builds, data center migrations, cloud implementations, network and server setups, and AV/security systems. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from design to deployment
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define requirements
• Oversee network/server migrations, cabling design, and office IT setups
• Supervise on-site construction and installation activities
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and procurement materials
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and budgets
• Ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery

Project Examples:

• Office network and IT infrastructure deployment
• Cloud and on-premise server migrations
• Network cabling and wireless system installations
• AV, telephony, and security system implementations
• PC, laptop, and mobile hardware refresh programs

Requirements:

• Strong project management and coordination experience
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and server systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams (network, electrical, architectural)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Visio, AutoCAD
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
• English (Business level / TOEIC 735+) and Japanese (Business level / JLPT N2+)
• Resident in Japan and legally able to work full-time
• Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (full-time, on-site)

Compensation

Annual Salary: ¥8,000,000 – ¥11,000,000
