Job Description
Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects including office builds, data center migrations, cloud implementations, network and server setups, and AV/security systems. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from design to deployment
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define requirements
- Oversee network/server migrations, cabling design, and office IT setups
- Supervise on-site construction and installation activities
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and procurement materials
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and budgets
- Ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
Project Examples:
- Office network and IT infrastructure deployment
- Cloud and on-premise server migrations
- Network cabling and wireless system installations
- AV, telephony, and security system implementations
- PC, laptop, and mobile hardware refresh programs
Requirements:
- Strong project management and coordination experience
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and server systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams (network, electrical, architectural)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Visio, AutoCAD
- PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
- English (Business level / TOEIC 735+) and Japanese (Business level / JLPT N2+)
- Resident in Japan and legally able to work full-time
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (full-time, on-site)
Compensation

Annual Salary: ¥8,000,000 – ¥11,000,000
