Job Description

Fourdigit, Inc. is hiring a Project Lead to shape digital user experiences through research, design, and project execution. No prior UX experience is required—only strong business communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution
  • Conduct user research and facilitate workshops
  • Create personas, journey maps, storyboards, and reports
  • Define MVPs, project requirements, and operational flows
  • Participate in UI design, user testing, and quality control
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver digital services

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of general business experience
  • Native-level fluency in Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, or Indonesian
  • Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or above)
  • Strong interest in service and UI/UX design
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and open to diverse perspectives
  • English proficiency (TOEIC 865+ preferred)

Working Hours:

  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible)
  • Discretionary Work System (includes allowance for 45 hours of overtime)

  • Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 – ¥10,000,000 (based on experience and performance)
