Job Description

ketteQ is a global software company providing advanced supply chain solutions. We are expanding in Japan and seeking an Application Support Engineer to maintain and support enterprise applications for local clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client issues via portal, email, phone, and video
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical/business incidents
  • Manage configurations, monitor systems, and conduct training
  • Collaborate with development teams and escalate issues as needed
  • Support application enhancements and client feature requests

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Platform
  • Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1) and business-level English (TOEIC 735+)
  • Experience with business applications (ERP, CRM, SCM)
  • SQL, PostgreSQL, Unix, Jira, ETL tools (Pentaho, Talend)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible for overseas communication)
Compensation: ¥6,000,000 – ¥9,500,000 per year
Contract Type: Contract initially, permanent role upon Japan office establishment

  • Weekly off: Saturday and Sunday
  • Paid leave, summer and winter holidays included
