Job Description
Responsible for production preparation and management of pressing, welding, and assembly lines for automotive frame parts (e.g., front pillars, center pillars, front lowers) supplied to Suzuki Motor Corporation. Tasks include introducing medium-to-large press equipment, process design, subcontractor coordination, and support through installation and mass production. Future responsibilities involve providing technical support to a new factory in India. Occasional equipment failure response and simple product design/assembly required. No building modifications or electrical work involved. General company-defined tasks may be assigned.

Requirements
JLPT N2 or above required. Engineering work experience in Japan preferred.

8:00–17:00

JPY 3,500,000–4,500,000 annually
