Role Summary

We are looking for an English Instructor to teach hospitality-focused students. No prior teaching experience is required. You can leverage overseas study or hospitality work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach 8–10 classes/week (90 minutes each), including TOEIC preparation
• Conduct homeroom duties, student interviews, and career guidance
• Participate in open campus events 1–2 times/month (weekends)
• Support students with studying abroad, overseas internships, and visa procedures
• Assist in high school info sessions and school promotion activities
• Participate in evaluations and regular feedback interviews

Requirements

Required

• TOEIC 900+ or equivalent English proficiency
• Business-level English conversation
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Long-term overseas study experience
• Minimum 3 years of work experience

Preferred

• Hospitality industry experience or overseas internships

Compensation

• Annual salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥5,500,000
