Role Summary
We are looking for an English Instructor to teach hospitality-focused students. No prior teaching experience is required. You can leverage overseas study or hospitality work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach 8–10 classes/week (90 minutes each), including TOEIC preparation
- Conduct homeroom duties, student interviews, and career guidance
- Participate in open campus events 1–2 times/month (weekends)
- Support students with studying abroad, overseas internships, and visa procedures
- Assist in high school info sessions and school promotion activities
- Participate in evaluations and regular feedback interviews
Requirements
Required
- TOEIC 900+ or equivalent English proficiency
- Business-level English conversation
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Long-term overseas study experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
Preferred
- Hospitality industry experience or overseas internships

Compensation
- Annual salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥5,500,000
