Company Overview

GLOBALPOWER Inc. is a group company of a major game company. We operate a VTuber agency managing a wide variety of virtual talents, mainly idol VTubers. Our team handles talent management, content production, and related merchandise/events.

Role Summary

As a VTuber Talent Manager, you will support overseas VTuber talents by managing their schedules, mental health, production quality, and planning events/products. You will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule management and mental care for overseas VTuber talents
• Progress management and quality check for illustrations and other productions
• Planning and executing products and events for assigned talents
• Coordination with external parties, including the talents

Requirements

Required Skills

• Talent management experience (not necessarily in the VTuber industry)
• Experience with entertainment products for women (games, anime, etc.)

Preferred Skills

• VTuber industry talent management experience
• Experience with 2D content (anime, manga, games)
• Live2D or 3D production progress management
• Music or video production experience (anime, 3DCG)
• Sales planning/production for merchandise
• Event planning and production experience

Personal Qualities

• Interested in and knowledgeable about VTubers
• Career-oriented in the entertainment industry
• English: Business Conversation (TOEIC 735–860)
• Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1)

Working Hours

• 9:30–18:30

Compensation

• Annual Income: ¥4,000,000–¥5,000,000
• Monthly Salary: ¥300,000–¥380,000
• Includes salary increases, bonuses, social insurance, and transportation expenses (up to ¥50,000/month)

Holidays

• Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
• Paid leave (10 days after probation)
• Summer vacation, New Year holidays, special leave for special occasions
• Family leave: 5 days/year in addition to annual paid leave for family care or pregnancy checkups
• Total holidays per year: 120 days
