Role Summary

The Multilingual Game Content Monitoring Manager is responsible for overseeing the monitoring team that reviews in-game content posted by global users. The role requires strong English communication skills, client handling, and team management abilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Multilingual Monitoring Team overseeing game content safety
  • Communicate with clients (primarily in English)
  • Escalate sensitive or complex content cases
  • Support translation and localization tasks
  • Maintain compliance with community guidelines
  • Monitor text, images, and video content posted by users

What is Game Content Monitoring?

  • Reviewing user-generated texts, images, and videos
  • Ensuring compliance with community and platform guidelines
  • Removing inappropriate content
  • Applying sanctions such as account suspension if necessary

Requirements

Required

  • Native-level Japanese
  • Business-level English (TOEIC 750+)
  • Basic PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred

  • Customer support experience
  • Translation or bridge engineer experience
  • Night shift experience

Working Hours

  • Standard: 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Shift Patterns:
    • 09:00–18:00
    • 16:00–01:00
    • 00:30–09:30
  • Training schedule: 10:00–19:00 (onsite required)

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly: ¥232,000+
  • Annual: ¥2,784,000+
